Baby Steps: Introducing Solid Foods: 
In this interactive, baby friendly, workshop we will explore:
- how to let your baby guide the process
- how to get started
- key stages in introduction
- which foods are best at each stage of introduction
- how to avoid, and detect allergies and sensitivities
- making your own baby food (we will make, and taste some in class!)
- recipes for baby food, and methods for storage and freezing
- what to look for with store-bought products
- recommended resources and references

Cooking with Whole Grains: 
A half an hour workshop on the importance of whole grains, a full in-depth look at the variety of grains available, where to buy them, and how they can improve your health. Next up Cari Snell, of will take us through 4 of her top whole grain- based recipes!  In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn the best ways to prepare each grain, cut down on cooking time, and create quick, versatile meals. This workshop will inspire you to incorporate more variety into your diet, understand the importance of whole foods, provide you with practical tips and great recipes for cooking with whole grains, and kick start your journey to optimal health.
